I love that shawn has an app for his fans but I am unable to access the shawn shop and it’s rly annoying

I’m using the app for Shawn’s ongoing tour but I can’t access the store, daily challenges or my items - it says either coming soon or just doesn’t load. Is this app for the most recent tour or is there another I can get which works? However, I can see all of the tour dates and have access to the twitter feed.

I brought a VIP with the illuminate special album and i had the code and it worked once then when i tried to log in it didnt work

It’s a good app and helps in staying up to date but the delivery section needs to have more options. I live in the U.K. and even though there are options for delivery in the U.K. all the options are for places in England and there aren’t any for Scotland, which is where I live, so if this could be fixed

I got this app for my daughter to get the latest info on Shawn Mendes' music and world tours. The app shows great potential in amazing features (current and coming soon) however, at this point in time, I do not find it very user friendly. The same goes for the newsletter emails that we get. Good info, however, there is no working contact facility for queries or support. The links are broken, taking you to an error page or the emails return undelivered with failure message. We need support and answer to our queries on whether the Passport we purchased will be delivered to us on time for the show on 2 June or do we pick it up at the venue (where?), and we also have a code, included in our purchase of the Illuminate Special Edition CD Album, however when we try using it online it says that the code is invalid. I have tried everywhere to get help. My daughter, of course, is upset and I feel frustrated, to say the least. This is becoming very expensive (show tickets, passport, Vip tickets, CD albums, etc) and no feedback or support is given back. We had no confirmation/receipt of purchases via app (e.g. Passport) but it shows on my bank statement. Like I said, the app and the newsletters are great looking and a great means of communication for fans with what looks like amazing features, however, it does need a -working- point of contact/support for queries and more clarity of in-app transactions. This is why I give it a 4 star at this moment. PS. The latest update of this App doesn't seem to work well on iPad. It only shows on half the screen so you can't use the App because you can't see features to click on. Please, fix. Thank you.
