Tried to sign up but the login screen keeps appearing without progressing. Shell - before paying for advertising for your app, how about testing it first to make sure it works.

Can’t log in - password reset doesn't work - have tried about 15 times. Doesn't help that you need a password thats more secure than any social media platform or big tech company. Can see people complaining about this log in issue a year ago and clearly still no fix - bad look for Shell V Racing team.

I just get a black screen

Filled out all the section, was accepted but when I went into Continue it didn’t find my login. I tried 3 times and got the same problem.

Your software developers need to fix the login issue on the app. It’s impossible for me to login at all despite changing passwords, reset, trying to login through other modes. It’s a very bad experience and a waste of time for consumers.

Good to see that you guys have an app that we can use. It’s really great, the articles are really good, and they also have videos about Fabs and Scotty. It is definitely not as updated as the supercars.com website but it is really good. I do recommend this app to anyone reading this. All the best for Darwin in a few weeks!

Love the app , especially they are giving out some fuel discount

I used the ¢pl discount ages ago but get nagged every day nearly, not to forget to use it.

Went to use the voucher for first time and it was flickering and strobing on my screen. Put it under scanner it didn’t scan. Lady behind the counter told me to restart. Did so and low and behold voucher was burned. Read below and dev says this is normal. Well how about fix it so it doesn’t strobe 🤔

I had registered on site and used 8 cents fuel voucher. Now I can’t open the app I’ve deleted and reloaded, but still can’t log in. Initially I was getting warning that my 7 days trial had finished and to rejoin. Every time I try to join or log on it won’t accept my password. I’ve tried heaps of times to reset the password but the link to reset won’t open.
