Still having problems
Had 2 new Shelly1s running perfectly. Today, both unreadable. Everything in network fine. End up factory reset 1 and working ok. Did the same for second one but refuses to connect to cloud. Always device off line but router shows 5 bars and good connection. Even mined it closer to router. Cannot get this connected. Eventually sorted out and works well. 11/6/2023 tonight, went to check on it. All the Shellys are offline again. Maybe something to do with their servers. Everything else works but the Shelly's. today 4/7/23, new Shelly that has been working week last couple of weeks, is now offline again. Different Shelly em different phones different positions. Gate works well but em offline again. 9/Jul/2023. Em offline again. Very annoying. 19/Aug/2023. Em offline again. Realised EM works perfectly in athom homey but not in Shelly app. Works in different options too. Phone at fault?

Usless
Don't buy any of their hardware. Their apps are useless and impossible to connect.
Good, but could be better.
The software gives lots of great optionality that enables it to be quite flexible. The UI still feels a little legacy and probably is due for a more modern look and feel, functional none the less.
The link to app support in the App Store goes to a 404 and there isn’t really a great way to provide recommendations or in all feedback as a result.
Would be good to have a feature to flash the rear LED for 30-60 seconds so that you can identify them easily. When you have 10 2.5’s bundled and you need to figure out which one to rewire this would be helpful. Lots of other tech provides an identification mechanism.
Apple Watch suggestions
The Shelly app works great on the iPhone. I would appreciate improvements on the Apple Watch.
1. The ability to dim lights on Apple Watch (maybe by turning the crown on the watch) with Shelly Dimmer 2 installed.
2. The ability to see whether a door/window is open or closed on Apple Watch with Shelly d/w sensor.
Great Automation Product and App
I read many reviews about people having issues with the Shelly App. My experience was completely different. I Installed five shelly modules all of which added seamlessly into the shelly app and synchronised with google home no problem.
Better but a long way to go
New app is definitely better than the old one but still needs a lot of work. Trying to add a device it detects it, asks to join the wifi then goes into a loop and never recovers. Trying to add a detected device to a room I add a name, select a room then cannot push the done button. No error message and I can’t use the back button. Definitely needs a lot more testing.
Shelly App
You have a good product range but it’s unfortunate that your app needs serious fixes.
-Not able to discover new product
-Won’t able to save settings
-Black screen
-Malfunctions are just a few.
I had at least 15 reinstalls to get it work and, still not stable..what a shame..
Just like one other user said- you let yourself down with your App
App is piece of sh#*
Product is great but app is awful.
I’m having to reset the devices about 10 times until the one time I add device that the discovered devices menu pops up.
I’m also now trying to use the dimmer 2 and when I finally get the discovered devices it tells me “Your device needs to update so you can use it trought the app” (yes that’s exactly it. Trought..). Sometimes I get a message saying device updated but then it is completely gone from the app.
I’ve added about 6 products on the app and none have been an easy process.
Please fix the app as it is a really good product but you are just letting yourself down.
