Delivery contractors are treated unfairly
For over two years, I served as a delivery contractor for Sherpa delivery app. Unfortunately, I was treated unfairly by Sherpa's staff, who regarded us delivery contractors as slaves. In times of emergency, when I called for assistance, they issued false warnings. Despite receiving over three warnings, they still allowed me to work during the COVID-19 pandemic due to a shortage of drivers. However, once they obtained an adequate number of drivers, they revoked my app access, demonstrating their selfishness. Additionally, when I submitted my new car insurance, they unjustly blocked me, citing multiple warnings. Sherpa frequently makes one-sided decisions that work against me. My account number is 86081.
