Don’t even bother if your from the uk our eu, they’ll just sell you items and give your the option to deliver pretty much worldwide, then email you 5 days later telling you your orders cancelled as they cannot ship to you.

The app said at 7 am i would receive a notification to pay for my shoes and i had 30 mins to pay well it sent the notification at 7.26 leaving me 4 minutes to purchase i was frantic entering my information to where i entered my address in correctly

I don’t know who designed the Sheikh sneaker app, but they deserve an award—for making the worst app of all time. First off, it crashes more often than a toddler learning to ride a bike. Trying to navigate this app feels like solving a Rubik’s cube blindfolded. The interface is clunky, outdated, and about as intuitive as rocket science. Want to browse sneakers? Good luck! The search function seems to have been coded by someone who hates shoes. You type “Nike” and somehow end up with socks, sandals, and unrelated brands. Loading a page takes longer than waiting for a sneaker drop, and the “add to cart” button works about 50% of the time. Oh, and don’t even think about trying to check out. The payment system glitches so badly, Customer service? Non-existent. You’re better off yelling into the void. Honestly, I’ve had better luck finding rare sneakers in thrift stores than using this disaster of an app. Save yourself the headache and avoid Sheikh like the plague. You’re better off walking barefoot. 1/5 stars (and that’s being generous).

Horrible app, does not have capisity to Handel a bunch of customers, servers are ALWAYS down, don't waste your time. Garbage.

It took 29 minutes for me to purchase the grade school 11’s when I won the raffle ! My anxiety went through the roof ! It keep saying server not available

I was told by customer service that it could take days for my order to actually process and add 7-10 days from that date to receive my order. Unfortunately I have been spoiled by buying directly from Nike so 2weeks+ is unheard of and feels like the shipping charge is a scam as well. The reviews on slow process and shipping are legit.
