ShiftFit is a platform that allows its pool of temporary Shifters to secure open positions posted by the Work Providers.
Shifters can view the list of jobs according to their preferences and skills. They can apply for any job and the work providers will receive a list of applicants who applied for their job. They can view the details of the applicants and hire them directly. The ShiftFit staff members can also post a job on behalf of any company and can even hire Shifters.
This app allows a pool of temporary Shifters to secure open positions posted by work providers without needing to speak to one of the service representatives over the phone or in person. The application has the ability to display and manage all of the details associated with employment such as work location, schedule, pay information, hours worked, etc.For businesses, it helps to hire new Shifters, job providers who use ShiftFit recruiting services to supplement their hiring needs. ShiftFit job providers should be able to enter the details of their needs such as work location, start date, pay, and schedule into the application so their position is viewable to all available Shifters.
