Use quarters instead! Didn’t work for me on any machine. Support takes days to reply which is no help when you’re at a machine. I’m from overseas and won’t have another opportunity to try anduse the app again yet my money is stuck in it with their policy having no flexibility.

My dryer recently broke, so I’m coming to the laundromat now. The idea of having all these quarters didn’t sit well with me. My son showed me how to load this app and it’s really nice. I really like it.

App does not work correctly and will not refund your money to original form of payment. I had to use the shinepay app at a hotel’s laundry facility. I selected a laundry cycle that cost $4.50. Shinepay would only debit $4.00 from my account. I still needed to pay fifty cents to get the washing machine to start. There was no way to debit only 50¢ from my Shinepay account, so I had to pay another $4 to get the machine to start. Their policy is to not refund yor money. Here is a quote from their email response: “While I understand that you are looking into retrieving them, the policy found in the terms of service and within the Shinepay app's deposit confirmation states "Purchase of Shinepay credits, i.e., all funds end users place on their account to use the Shinepay Platform can not be returned and are not redeemable for cash." So funds cannot be returned even when the Shinepay app commits an error. Since I will never likely have the occasion to use the Shinepay app again another term for their policy is “stealing”.

I was using it with Android before, but it’s even better on iPhone. More security and cool animation. Scanner is very fast.

I enjoy the machines I’d just like to see Apple Pay as an option also

I love doing my wash this way. It is so convenient, and no more using cards to load!! Great Idea.

Fee to load money into the app, fees to use money from the app, fees fees fess to make sure you end up with unusable balances so they can keep the change (hey look, another fee!). If your laundromat takes coins, use those, if your laundromat only takes ShinePay, find a new laundromat
