Ship Sticks

Too many add ons to pricing, not user friendly

I needed to go to Vegas for business then drive to Palm Desert to play some golf. I thought I would try Ship Sticks to make my trip light. From the paper work, to the pick up and finally the arrival was simple and quite amazing. The app kept me up to date. Was received today in excellent condition. Thank you Ship Sticks. Great concept.

First problem is hitting the start shipping button and nothing happens. Second problem is leaving the app to get shipping information for the shipping progress. Coming back to the app your now logged out and have to log back in. Third problem is enabling finger print log in doesn't work. It's a very annoying and useless app.

Simple to use and top class customer service. Extremely impressed. Not everything went right in my shipment, but Ship Sticks customer service did everything the could to make it right. Top class.

Once a shipment has been scheduled you can only call customer service to change it. No way in the app.

Terrible app 6 months after it was terrible last year.

Working in south Florida I’ve unpacked thousands of bags without issue. Just had my personal bag picked up from FL and dropped in MS. To my surprise and satisfaction, they arrived in two days! Great customer service over the phone as well. As a golf professional, there’s no other way to go. I have had too many problems with clubs being checked on airlines and broken or lost! This way you can avoid taking clubs to the airport or storing them in a hotel room and delivered directly to the club/course at the same price of less than checking a bag!

Communication was great and clubs arrived in one piece on the day arranged

App will randomly freeze and delete all info. Deleted it. Hope they don’t delete / lose my bag too!
