Should of left old app alone. To many problems with new app. App making company not good at there job

This new app overhaul makes using this app so much easier. It’s nearly flawless. My only complaint is the motion detection. I’ll be parked and be locked out because it thinks I’m moving and I have to wait a couple minutes for it to reset.

The app freezes and there is no way to reset it

I can’t edit my CDL license and state on this version of the app. I’m now locked out of the terminals because this app doesn’t have basic functionality for editing federally required information.

I had to reset my password and after logging in once, I lost access to my account. Luckily I was able to pickup my load but what will happen when I need to return to the rail later?

They should how Up did with their app,if i get location to drop box there is not option to change location like UP has instead we have to call manually scx and talk that is old school horrible !!!

I’m able to switch rail cars, see where rail cars are, and see estimated delivery date. Does literally everything I need. Very simple and to the point. Thank you guys for making this!

I was using this app the other day to out gate a bare chassis, I end up getting a system error on the CSX computer. Somehow my app did not complete the mission and now my app is stuck on an out gate mission. This renders the app completely useless. I’ve tried deleting the app. There is no way to reset the app. CSX doesn’t know how to fix it. I called ShipCSX and they do not know how to fix it. This app needs to be updated with a way to cancel or delete a mission. Once you’ve made it to QR code.

Open the app to track a shipment. Customer Service not available on evenings or weekends. No help! Can’t trace a train! What is the app even for!
