After reading all reviews, why would anyone use this service that’s more than the cost at airlines. You also risk not having your belongings after paying for this service. Let’s ALL be smart about this, please.
App is trash. Any address I put in it couldn’t find.
Best luggage delivery service!! I wasn’t sure about using this app and decided to call and find out how the service worked. Great customer service to begin with. And everything that the rep shared was true. Every step of the way I was alerted on my shipment. I had a piece of luggage that my daughter was unable to check in with Allegiant so we had to find a way to get it to her from San Antonio, Texas to Marshalltown, Iowa. Even better!!! It was to be delivered on Friday and my daughters luggage got delivered on Wednesday. I love this app!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️. Price was pretty reasonable I think and option to insure the luggage. I checked greyhound and other type of services and everything seem to be way more expensive. Will definitely recommend it to others and will be my best friend for delivering service from now on. Thank you ShipGo!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Shipped a suitcase of things cross country. It arrived the day after my 3 day drive. Perfect timing, and hug my recommend this service!
My bag of clothes became stuck in customs but all they needed was the receipt from ShipGo - ShipGo did not help, I had to ask for a tracking number that customs would recognize - I had to call customs myself and email them basic info. ShipGo was not available 24/7 they use Zen Desk and neither would call customs. Bag arrived 9 days late, 15 days after pickup, the day we left for home - ShipGo said too bad no refund….u r better to ship with DHL on your own so at least you have a tracking #
$169 to send one under 50lbs bag to toronto, from florida…. Wow… yeah I will just bring my bag and not pay $119 more than the airline…. How does this make sense in today’s economy?
Completely unreliable service. After placing an order they never showed up. Do yourself a favor, and just ship directly with FedEx and skip this terrible company.
Used on my recent relocation at it was very helpful. It’s not cheap but worth every penny.
