Shipt, please rate shoppers rate the customers! So tired of non-responsive customers rating us badly for perfect communicatiin, subs and timing. Customers report missing items when the item was in stock and subs were offered! Us shoppers are rated so strictly, why can’t we rate the customers?!

Just know if you don’t do anything wrong shoot will automatically cut you off the platform without any explanation.

Deactivated with no warning. A lot of times customers will take so long to reply while you are shopping for them that it backs so you up, even when looking for there unit in a large apartment complex. I got deactivated over the holidays when lines were super long and my target didn’t have a designated area for shipt . Like how is that my fault ? I even reached out to shipt and they said they would make sure it wouldn’t affect me . I think they need to understand there shoppers more and support them as they are what keeps them in business. Instead of deactivating them permanently without warning . Not even a suspension? PERMANENTLY ! That’s awful on behalf of shipt

Honest straight forward feedback. What company sends out offers like this. Shipt is goofy. That is such a cheap low life offer we the shoppers have to shop for 3 customers and then deliver to 3 different address. Who is this and no one doing work but the shopper. Shipt you should be shame of yourself Thank God I am not as desperate as your company is ya need to be more considerate than being greedy One day you will learn when u loss money cus no shoppers wants to shop for offers like this. I will pray God gives ya wisdom is all I can do it is not my fault you present your self like this I just being honest and the truth doesn’t bother me. I am glad we are not the same I feel sympathy pity for Shipt Amen 🙏🏽 😃

Mi motivo de mala reseña Es porque me bloquearon la cuenta sin un motivo específico dicen que viole una regla de calificación cuando yo avía preguntando por telefonía que si estaba bien tener una calificación de 4.35 o 4.40 y me dijeron que no estaba mal esta aplicación es una falsa la expondré por todo las redes sociales para que vean lo verdadera cara de esta aplicación

Great way to make fast and good money . I love SHIPT!!!!

My shopper account was deactivated due to not meeting on-time standard of 90% over the last 50 orders, which is 45/50 ordered delivered on time. During an overcrowded holiday shopping time, both in stores and on the road, meeting the standard above is nearly impossible as someone who does about 10-15 orders per day. Additionally, factors like customer communication for substitutions is made time consuming due to port service in stores and delayed responses from the customer. I just feel like mercy is warranted in situations like these and that the standard for on time orders should be lowered and/or widened from 50 orders. Overall just disappointed to lose the opportunity to earn extra cash in a reliable and flexible way. :(
