This app was so easy to navigate and I’ve made probably 20-30 labels already. How amazing!

I speaking for my father, who’s now incarcerated because the package was ridiculously late. His paperwork, which he need for court, STILL hasn’t arrived after purchasing a label on this app. Sad thing is there’s no bail and I can’t even get a refund for the service from UPS because I bought the label through you guys. I’m pretty sure UPS is slowing all the packages down now since we are buying from this app and not UPS. I sent an email and still no response. This is a scam or ripoff. Do not use this app.

Ship-Wise showed me prices from a list of services (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc) and found me the cheapest option. Used Apple Pay to check out and was done in 5 minutes. Will use again!

Okay so normally I wouldn’t write a review like this, but customer service was so 🔥and funny and I’m sufficiently free at the moment, so I’m going to take the moment to write this. I wasn’t always this cool. I used to be “that guy,” you know the type: barely making ends meet, talking about how I’d make it big selling my merch. Things needed to ship free, and they needed to be cheap. Those are difficult demands. Now with ShipWise I can actually make ends meet! My wife is no longer threatening to leave me and take the kids! I’m kidding of course, but the savings are real, and if you ever need to talk to customer service ask for a joke - they won’t disappoint!
