1. The UI is not friendly. Difficult to roam around and find desired restaurant. 2. The updates are not useful, there are bugs in the app. Often shows faulty information. 3. Food mans are not well-prepared. Often damages the food on the way. 4. Payment system is not user friendly. 5. No feedback or review system introduced yet. Highly disappointed.

Worst app ever. I never got any bike ride here. It’s just show looking for new ride but actually no rider accepts the ride.

Had to wait 2 hours after ordering for the cancellation of the order. Immediately uninstalled the app and never gonna use it again.

They are really doing great

why does the app always need the update? why can’t we use the app without update? please fix all this bugs and problems

I wanted to order food but when I selected food and searched for the restaurant, it didn’t show any result. I tried different restaurants but it still didn’t work.
