Does sync with Apple health - read more

I love the app but more importantly I love the interaction with The Facebook group members and with Coach Shondelle. Accountability is key. 5/31/2024 update. I finally found the edit 🖊️button at the top right of my workout. AFTER choosing complete and BEFORE choosing done, click the edit, set the start time and duration, click sync, then at the bottom click save and then done. Boom, your workout stats are updated for this activity. 3/30/2024 GO TO SETTINGS -> Apple Health and allow sharing with Shondelle Transforms app. 3/29/2024 I have connected Apple health and get the app reminder to start my workout on Apple Watch, but after my workout my stats do not sync to the app from Apple Health.
