App locks up and loses order multiple times

The promo code never go through even though it says it does I better be getting a refund of $20

I left the app briefly and everything I have put in my car was gone. Why would that be set up that way?

Difficult to navigate app& stupid digital coupons- just lower the price of you goods so I don’t lose an hour and a half of my life trying to save 10 freaking dollars by slogging through your very slow sloppy app

The app is nearly impossible. It keeps kicking you out making you start the order over again very frustrating.

The site was easy to you , was able to complete order in minutes

When I wanted to make a change through the app, I was forced to start over again. Yet while the cart icon showed 2 items, when I clicked on it, it showed the cart was empty.

Not user friendly needs a lot of work have to hit the back button too many times to select a new item

I can always know whatever I order from these departments at Nutley Shop Rite are their professional best. Never disappointed and good people to deal with. Ty and Happy Thanksgiving

Navigation is not good. You have to hit back multiple times just to select a new item after you add one to the cart. And the timing for pickup has no value. Why note an order will need ready when 2 hours later it’s nowhere to be found?!?!
