I am so sad to be writing this review. I love Woodmans. I loved having multiple lists so I could save recipes, "usuals" favorites, and lists for dietary restrictions. A new update got rid of the ability to have more than one list. Whatever- I got used to it. Now with the newest update I can't even view my shopping list anymore. Every time I click it tells me "something went wrong. We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly." Considering I've gotten the same error message for weeks- I'd wager it is not getting looked at. I don't understand why with every new update released we lose a useful feature and gain bugs that make the app unusable. PLEASE bring back the ability to have multiple lists and test the updates more before releasing them so the final product doesn't render the app useless for customers who want to spend money at Woodmans! :( I can't patronize Woodmans if I don't know where the items I need are, how much they cost, and if they're in stock!

I love Woodman’s! This app used to be helpful but the past several updates have created nothing but issues; the latest being I can’t access my list again. Every time I try to bring it up I receive this message - Something went wrong. We’ve been notified about this issue and we’ll take a look at it shortly. If this issue can be resolved for good, I will go back to loving this app.

The shopping list feature for shopping “in store” no longer displays the total of the items on the list. This was one of the most important features for me as it allowed me to stay within budget when shopping and have an easy way to estimate what a grocery trip will cost. I’ve tried updating my phone and app and it still won’t load.

I paid the order, but couldn’t pick it up or cancel the order. The customer service promised to get me refund. But I never received the refund. I went to the store but was told that this app belongs to instancart and they won’t take any responsibility. Anyway, very terrible experience.

December 2024: Love this app! Perfect on my iPhone while shopping and can’t find something. The search function takes me right to it. The only improvement I would suggest is in the iPad version, and that is to support split-screen functionality that most iPadOS apps support. That way I can have the Woodman’s app on one half of the screen while I have my Reminders shopping list on the other half. This would make pre-planning my trip a breeze!

I had a list from what the app showed was sold, mostly chips and some cereal. The store had none of it and not even a shelf label! What a waste of time. App is clunky and has me constantly choosing my store over and over too.

Can't do "on my way" or "I'm here" any more, which makes grocery pickups way more complicated

Update: the bugs have been fixed and I can now see which aisle things are located in. Only other thing that would be nice to have is to be able to check off items as you go through the store. I just wanted to give some feedback regarding the app. Since a recent update it no longer shows where items are located when they are added to your cart while in in-store mode. This used to be really helpful for organizing my grocery list and making my time in the store as efficient as possible. Also, the old app used to let you check stuff off of your list. If that could reappear in this new app that would be so helpful!

Where is the shopping list? Cart is the only function available. I am shopping using the In Store function and the shopping list is nowhere to be found. What happened? Why was it deleted from the app? Can it please be put back? Thank you. ***Shopping List is back. YAY!***
