Subscription
I tried to cancel my subscription that I never asked for in the first place and there’s nowhere to cancel it and they tell you, you could cancel it through the subscription page and it don’t even come up on the page
Terrible service
Cannot get a response trying to cancel subscription nobody replies. No way to cancel on the app or through my Apple ID subscriptions and settings doesn’t even show up. I am getting charged for a service. I do not want the app so you can cancel your subscription yourself since you all can’t seem to do it. And quit telling everybody to reach out to your support team that does not contact you back. Why don’t you reply to emails because we already have contacted you so contact us back!!!
Not approved charges
I have a reaccurring charge of $14.99 that will not stop trying to be taken from my bank account. When I go to see if there’s a subscription it says I don’t have any, I messaged support to see if they can have it stopped & they sent instructions to do some restore thing & I tried it & it still didn’t stop so I messaged again, no response, so I just messaged again & let’s hope this is taken care of. This is getting really annoying.
Unauthorized charges
Charging me for a subscription I never agreed to. Customer service pretty much doesn’t exist to give my money back.
REFUND
So how I go about getting a refund.. it’s no where to be found on my phone, when I clicked see more on instagram it took me to the website and said to pay 0.50 for a trial. So I did to see what it was about and immediately knew I didn’t want this app been messaging and emailing for two days and nothing. Any one have any suggestions??
Scam
I’ve been trying to cancel the subscription and reached twice requesting a cancellation but I have been unsuccessful. Do not fall into the scam of signing up for a subscription.
Buyer beware
After seeing advertisement on Facebook and purchased the membership. It had not gone on my account. Awful, I hadn’t gotten what I paid for. Will never use again.
