ShotVision Launch Monitor

Do not get this app, it does not work whatsoever.

App was working so I bought one month and ever since I paid it hasn’t worked

Being able to turn your phone into a launch monitor is something very special. I bought a $90 screen, and hooked up my phone to an old TV and voilà, a little golf simulator in my garage for next to nothing. I really hope the developers plan on linking this to E6 or similar. I’m actually making this review in hopes that they will respond to the question… So let me know! I know lots of people who would adore something like this.

Happy to change rating if I can get help I set it up, it says 'ready' then switched to 'busy' and won't register my shots. I got 2 shots to work. Hoping for a fix

App is garbage does not track anything. Just keeps saying busy. Gives the initial beep like it “read” the shot then just stays “busy”

Not sure what’s going on but whenever I take a shot it just crashes

The app used to be available as a companion app on the Apple Watch, but it isn’t anymore, why?

iPhone 13 Pro. Sunny day, 10 shots all with 9 iron, every shot beeps, goes into orange busy mode and then does nothing.

Great golf app especially compared to other launch monitors out there for many times the cost. I found setup & placement to be easy - after watching their short setup video (2 mins). I have a mini tripod setup and ensured the mat was not shaking the setup. Out of 50 shots it recorded 48 - better than I expected. Great insight stats for folks interested in that part of the game. Note - it does use a decent amount of phone battery (1 year old iphoneSE) went from 90% to 50% after 45 mins.

Setup was as per the instructions, out of 20 shots, 3 registered. Using a 9 iron, had my distance over 250yds, not good. Any tips to rectify would be appreciated!! Bought a 1 month subscription, I assume that does not auto renew??
