Great for occasional pocket money and rewarding kids

Terrible app, have money on the account and cannot access it , it has been months. It’s unacceptable and unprofessional. Need a compensation

I have been a consistent user of the app for the past year sending over 300 shouts ranging between $100-$250. For the pst year the app has been amazing, being a quick and efficient way to send over a shout making it more meaningful then just a plain transfer. However, as of recent my account was deactivated with funds still present in the account asking for verification. After providing the verification required within minutes I sent over countless emails (being there only form of contact and messanger) with no clear answer of why and how long it will take to unlock my account. The app advised 72 hours for the issue to be resolved, however, it has been almost double the recommended time now with no direction of what is happening. Really dissapointed in how the app has treated me being an avid user of it for the past year, locking my account with funds still present in it.
