Saw this come up on Facebook and thought it was a great idea. After checking it out I can’t see how they can justify the pricing. An extra $15 to put down salt?? I can buy a bad for a quarter of the price and it will last for a several snow falls. If the prices were more fair I’d seriously consider it.

Not sure if the app was broken or not but it seems as if there is no way to adjust the fee? $45 to clean off a car, $65 to clean a driveway? I can see how this app and those prices would work in a place like Manhattan but nobody in their right mind would ever pay that much for those services anywhere else. $5-10 to clean off a car, $15-40 to clean a driveway depending on size. If the driveway held 20 cars or was as long as a football field I can see how $65 would be reasonable... but no that is the minimum charge? I hope someone reads this and considers it because this app is an amazing idea that would really take off especially in the GTA with our winters. Just not at those prices!

Good idea but it looks like it won’t work in Hamilton Ont Canada I gave it one star because you can’t give zero stars like I said good idea but useless to me

The app keeps crashing over and over and over again

Support team does not back you up, hired a shoveler for one time and they did not do the job accordingly. Really sad and a waste of money. Update: the company personally emailed me to give me a full refund of the $75 I paid but lowered it to $25 if I removed my review. You guys are crazy and entitled. Not only your worker’s service is awful but so is your team. Do better for your own sake. After my experience I then had to remove the rest of the snow and ice that was stuck on my car, I couldn’t open my car door nor my trunk that took me a whole hour myself. Luckily I’m young to do so but imagine if I had a disability or I was old?? and you treat me like this?? Images do no justice for ice blockages and if you think a silly little swipe to the windshield really does the job for me to be able to get in my car you must not know a thing or two about cars at all. Really sad that you do not treat your customers with respect, please retake a business class or general education please.
