Show Tracker! Free

It appears this app is no longer being supported. It was really good for a long time, but now it only crashes. Not sure why it is even still being offered.

Update: app now crashes whenever used. Please fix. I love this app. I can keep good track of what I like to watch, both old and new. It has never crashed on me.

This was a great app until I upgraded to ios 9, it just crashes every time I try to check any episode as watched, so basically it just turned completely useless. Unless they come up with a fix pronto this app is gonna start loosing its customers. So I will give it a 3 star in hopes it gets fixed soon otherwise it would've been 5. UPDATE: They finally updated the app and worked fine for a while but since iOS 13 rolled out it went back to crashing as soon as you open a show. Apparently the developer abandoned this great app since its last update was done 3 yrs ago. So I would have to say that this app has become completely useless. And my rating just dropped to 1 ⭐️.

For the past week or two this app has become utterly useless. It keeps crashing and you can't do anything. Please update and fix.

The app keeps crashing every time I open it. I’ve been using it for years, I hope this issue gets fixed.

But for one, it really, really needs to include episode synopses like every other TV show tracking app I've tried. UPDATE: Ok, so it turns out the paid version does include episode synopses, at least for the first show I tried, although the teeny, tiny scrollable area at the bottom where the synopsis appears makes them hard to read. So now my first request would be to include a way to back up shows and watched data, preferably to Dropbox (as well as a way to import data again, of course). Second would be an option to just have a clean, simple text list of shows rather than the banners.

I have tried so many of these show tracker apps and this is by far the best! It has a simple & efficient design which makes it quick and easy to use. I love icon to tell you how many unwatched episode you have. As well as the horizontal tiles (so you can see so many show titles at once) for each show with changeable pictures. With in each tile is the seasons and each episode title, air date, picture of a moment from the episode and description. The favorite icon is a great addition as I can see the ones I want to keep up with first on a separate page (but they still show up in the my shows page) out of the many I have. There is a calendar to see the upcoming shows and a reminder if you want, these to features can be glitchy but I don’t mind as everything else is just what I am looking for. There are so many shows I love to watch I just don’t have the time to keep up with them all, this is great to keep track of what I have seen so I am not constantly reading descriptions trying to remember which one I left off on!

The app never updates to show newly released episodes. Has gotten worse over the last year.

I have used this app for a long time now. I started using it back when it was frequently updated and for the most part had no problems. However, one day all of a sudden the developers stopped updating the app despite multiple bugs and the app because unusable and did not update recent shows. Much to my dismay I had to use a different show tracker. It was a shame because I think this app has the best layout and (if working) the best show tracker app. The biggest problem with the app are the developers themselves. Now after I don't know how long they finally updated the app which made me really happy. However there are still bugs, when I open certain shows (The Flash, It's always sunny, last week tonight, and Game of Thrones) the app crashes. Please fix this bug and I will give the app 5 stars!

I use this app all the time and absolutely love it. I highly recommend it. I just wish it would tell you (at the top or at the ending of the list) how many shows you've saved. And if it had iCloud sync or a way to backup your lists, other than the ones watched. Also, the only bug I found is that it closes by itself, if you're checking lots of the shows on your list.
