I wish that I could go from one program to another without having to restart the program I was already on. In the phases they’ll be an exercise that I really like and I’ll see it once in the program and never again which makes me feel like there’s a lack of consistency. I also feel the app should explain what muscles are being worked on for that day, ie: back, chest. I was also expecting updated workouts at least every 8 weeks or just don’t have the workouts be 8 weeks and make them continuous.instead of going back and restarting.

Coming from years of not working out at all and then choosing to do a workout program from Heidi was life changing. I decided to do the beginners Body Weight Basics to get in the groove again and get help with modifications. The app is AWESOME! The videos, the instructions, the format, everything is great! I love how some of the videos have no sound and are a quick reminder of the move and then some do the full break down with audio. From a girl that hadn’t worked out in years, I actually finished the entire 60 days! I loved how it had you track your progress and see how overtime you are getting stronger and better! I decided to do BWB again, but with not as many modifications. The app is versatile and beyond helpful. Not to mention, the community rocks too!

Tried it but way overpriced for what you get. I liked transform app much better. It is cheaper and you have an actual professional.

This app is egregiously overpriced, and Heidi’s form could easily result in beginners injuring themselves. There are more effective and more reasonably priced options out there. Please consider seeking guidance from someone who has the proper credentials and cares more about helping you than about watching themselves in the mirror.
Favorite fitness app
I have tried many fitness apps especially for weight training. All of the ones outside of this one is complicated and not clear cut on the workouts.
I love this app and the choices of workouts wether it’s at home or in the gym. Each day gets more and more challenging depending on the phase you choose. I also appreciate the demo videos for each exercise. Very helpful to ensure you have good proper form to avoid injury.

💕Coming from a Challenge participant and follower of Heidi this app has the daily guidance that I need! She wants everyone to succeed and have all the tools necessary to hit their goals. The instructional videos make all the difference for me, because form is important.

I love this app so much! I am currently doing the classic at home program. My favorite things—you can change the length of your workout from 30, 60 and 90 minutes and moves are added and subtracted based on your time available. Also, there are videos to show you each movement and suggested substitutions for moves. I highly recommend this app for all fitness levels, as there are a variety of programs and meets you exactly where you are in your fitness journey TODAY!

I’ve used many fitness apps in the past, and this is by far the best!! Not only is the app easy to use, but most importantly….the exercises are easy to follow. There are a ton of videos with proper form instruction, etc. Also, there are a variety of workouts available…for any level.
Amazing App!!
From someone who has always lived a sedentary life, I was worried! But this app is amazing! The instructional videos make it easy to learn the different moves! The substitutions make me feel less self conscious about my abilities, they lay out what I can do that is comparable. Visually it is great too! I look forward to my workout, seeing what I’m going to be doing the next day is part of my nightly routine now!! ❤️

The app is very user friendly and has great demonstrations and walk throughs for the exercises. There are a variety of programs for every fitness level including body weight, at home and in gym! The app is backed by a very knowledgeable trainers so you can’t go wrong with these workouts! Love it!
