Shred works! I love my workouts and the results! The staff is awesome and my friends that are accountability partners keep me pushing myself! If you haven’t tried it yet, come on … you won’t be disappointed!!!

The best workout in town! I love that Shred 4/15 workouts can be light/beginner level though intense/advanced level, depending on your individual goals- all in the same class.

The app is difficult to book a position through. I have not been able to book a spot for the last 3 classes I signed up for.
