It simply won’t sync. I understand that it’s for legal reasons but then what exactly is the point of the albums showing?

The app is feature-rich for the audiophiles and pros. The equalizer is really good and all features work as they should. Would have been perfect if they could deliver a firmware update to enable ANC but not sure if this is even possible although Jabra had done it in the past.

There’s actually some useful stuff in here like equalizer and settings. Nice and simple.

The slider that allows you to adjust the amount of ANC is very spotty and usually doesn’t respond. New user here and an Apple user.

For such an expensive set ,, they are terrible- doesn’t recognize the Shute app do they don’t sync Very frustrating 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

EQ doesn’t work for streaming services. When I compare the same lossless song in my Apple Music library vs Amazon Music HD lossless the former sounds much better. Are there any plans to make the EQ part of the firmware?

I wanted to use this to play flac files with my Aonic 50 but the app can't skip back or forward through the files. Hopefully you will fix this. Thanks.

It’s no where near the stock app, but at least you guys have an EQ.. Some suggestions... 1- Sorting Albums by Artist then year 2- Showing songs lyrics 3- A more subtle link to Settings, and add an option to disable the option for adding a device for those with no AONIC Shure products. Maybe put them together in one link on the top right corner... How much space would that give you in the UI?! 4- Visually the app is really good. Some translucency ((just like your earbuds guys)) would give it an extra kick. Keep it up guys :) Oh! For some reason, I can’t rewind or forward my songs from the widget and Control Center... Please fix that... Won’t take away stars 😉

Just wondering if there’s any thought to adding network sources (DNLA, MPD, etc) in the future. Also, ALAC support would e nice. Love the eq capability with my KSE1200, however, my source is a SD card on a Chord Poly. Followup: it appears ALAC Is supported.
