Very slow at times and notifications delayed
It works great, until i change a new phone and it doesn’t send me notifications anymore, hope you can fix this, thank you.
I keep getting ‘The plus button is dsabled from this location’ whenever i try to post anything.
I used to love this app. But as of three weeks ago. I tried changing my password since it’s expired but it keeps popping up as “we don’t recognize the user name or the password please try again. I’m getting frustrated by it I don’t know what to do.

What’s missing is the ability to unapply after you’ve applied to cover a shift if something changes. As long as the manager hasn’t approved your application, there should be a feature to allow you to remove your application to cover.
I use to love the app, but after the update, I can’t receive notifications nor trouble shoot it. My update shift times don’t show. I can’t see shifts people put down and therefore can’t pick them up. There’s almost no point to having the app. They have a lot of bugs to fix.
Worked fine all week, then it would not load my shifts or available shifts, so I logged out. Now I cannot even log in, just says “please try again later, if problem persists, please visit our support centre. Been like this for over 8 hours.
The market place often doesn't match with the notifications, and what when I request to cover for one shift it gives me a different one afterwards. Caused a lot of inconvenience.
