Extremely slow and non user friendly app. Uploading a document is such a difficult task.

When reach last step it said kindly register with biometric to transfer. I dont have camera in my phone.

Existing beneficiaries are not visible while transferring to their accounts, every time have to add complete information to transfer money.

The Credentials are working via website but not through the app. The MPIN never worked giving me a msg to enable biometric security! Which is enabled !!!

Very bad application and also online service. I keep losing my beneficiaries, the app keeps loading for ages, it keeps asking me to reset my password and it doesn’t accept my otp, very bad customer service when I report this……. Etc… the list is so long that I can’t spend time mentioning…..

The app is too slow and its lags a lot. The transaction can rarely be done. Such a horrible app!

Not able to login with app but online from pc it work

I try to login many times using this app it says The login credentials are invalid But if i use internet website its open

The app is very slow and laggy and keeps freezing. I posted my review yesterday was not posted why? The biometric allow screen gets stuck and keeps loading. Please do thorough testing before releasing something as serious as a bank app
