Application not working many times hang need immediate support to resolve this problem

Im just received prepaid card but still delayed debit card

طلب تغيير اللغه اكثر من مره ولكن دون جدوا

اي تحديث في المصرف يتسبب في ايقاف جميع الخدمات المصرفيه سواء سحب او ايداع او آبل بي دون تقدير اي وضع للعميل وتكرر الامر معي ٤ مرات واتمنى ان يقع كل مسؤول عن هذا الامر في نفس الموقف وعذرهم المعتاد بأنهم قد قاموا بإبلاغ العميل عن طريق الايميل 👎👎

trying to sign up for a digital account is practically impossible. actually appalled at the low quality of this app especially for one of the biggest banks in the uae. the complaint section on the website doesn't work either.

Never work

The app is improving day by day, but it still lacks some key features that I hope will be added in the future, such as the ability to print IBAN certificates and receive notifications when the phone number is not working. The app’s UI feels outdated and could use enhancements, especially the login page, which functions but appears cluttered and unappealing. Additionally, I hope the developers make the app more responsive to fit all screen sizes and remove the white bars at the top and bottom of the screen.
