I already purchased the Gathering Storm but its not downloading need help or give back my money.

The game is very very beautiful and indescribably enjoyable, but for us we are a community of Arab players. We cannot play with it because there is no Arabic language in it, knowing that it has 12 languages but Arabic you did not put it in. This is unjust to us. We are Arab players. I hope with all my heart that the Arabic language will be added as soon as possible. A time because we are very eager to understand the game and its deep details to enjoy it, knowing that my friends and I took the game and bought all the additions in support of you for this great game. I hope that the Arabic translation will come to the game as soon as possible. thank you

Crashes
Game crashes after ~ 100 round !!
Unsatisfied
Each time I reach around 250 turns it start to shut down the app and kick me out, then I have to restart the app each 2 turns
