Sidus bridge not dimming aperture 300
The bridge I purchased to work with the app works occasionally and doesn’t dim at all.

1. Subscription service instruction
1.1 Pro standard plan: users have access to all the paid features in the Pro standard plan;
1.2 Pro premium plan: users have access to all the paid features in the Pro premium plan; users could create up to 5 CC groups and can add a maximum of 10 group members in each CC group; Cloud space upgrade to 200MB;
1.3 Pro team plan: users have access to all the paid features in the Pro team plan; users could create up to 5 CC groups and can add a maximum of 10 group members in each CC group; Cloud space upgrade to 200MB; according to the number of team members and payment difference, the team plan has been divided as different versions: 3 people version, 5 people version, 10 people version, 15 people version, 25 people version, 30 people version; all team members could share the same subscription service.
2. Subscription price

3. Payment
Users will need to follow the App store payment workflow to make the payment for the subscription service. The successful payment credits to users' iTunes account.
4. Automatic renewal
The payment will be deducted from users' Apple iTunes account 24 hours before service expiration. After successful deduction, the subscription period will extend.
5. Unsubscribe the service
Users could unsubscribe from the service as the following steps:
Go to "Settings", enter "iTunes Store and App Store", click "Apple ID", select "View Apple ID", enter the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscribe" to manage the subscription services. Users need to cancel the subscription 24 hours before to avoid the automatic charge.

Subscription issues
Can you guys make your app work while offline. I have a paid subscription but can’t use it unless I’m signed in online. This is an issue because I use my iPad on set in a closed wifi signal that is linked up to my blackout or Luminair network. Other app subscriptions like blackout and luminair make it so you just need to sign in once a week or once every two weeks to continue with the paid privileges. Is it possible to update it like this so that I’m able to use my subscription?
Great App, but another subscription:/
I love the app and Aputure’s products! It’s always been about having more for your money! But I have to admit that I’m disappointed to see that you need a subscription to have fully access to all of its features (which are great btw). I would have been more inclined to pay a certain amount upfront to buy the full version of the app. I always feel like I’m not having the full return of what I paid for when I pay a subscription. Hope Aputure will change their approach with this app.
Worst lighting diagram platform
You can’t even drag the items into the lighting diagrams project when you clear the workspace. I can’t even put a camera in my custom scene let alone start dragging in different light. Very disappointed
Great Lighting Control, but with a few Drawbacks
I’ve been using Aputure lights for a little over rain now, and I’ve loved it— using Sidus Link just unlocks so much more for these lights and it’s incredible! The effects library is growing and improving, the controllability of the lights are intuitive and easy, and the GUI is clean and pretty easy to understand. Some of my gripes with the app is more so the issues it has with connectivity to the lights, and sometimes if you have a lot of fixtures, they will take a while to create the Bluetooth mesh, while also not always working to add ALL of the fixtures. Sometimes the app disconnects from the fixtures when I lock my iPad then turn it back on and I’ve occasionally had to restart the app. The other downside is the new subscription model, but from a business standpoint, I can understand why they’ve implemented this new model, but some cheaper pricing would be appreciative! Overall, I love the app, and I still am a premium plus subscriber since I want access to the different features the app gives me, as well as upcoming effects and features that I’m dying to get my hands on, like MagicProgram!

Worst app! Always disconnecting from your account and then good luck connecting back to it
Oh, you’re switching to a subscription model?
We all know it is to increase the cost to the user. Also, fix the app first. Connection to lights often lost and slow and with delays. Master fader doesn’t work (and there are two of them which don’t make sense). Not all functions available in all modes for all lights. Regular crashes. Etc…
Awesome
This app is awesome. Acts like a control centre with custom layouts to control all your lights from your iPad. Just hope they keep it up to date with the iPhone app as they seem a bit different. Also the price is a bit steep hence the 4 stars.
Magic Program?
Like the bigger iPad layout but where’s the Magic Program at?
Can we get Split View Compatibility?
This is a great app and I enjoy using it, and with that it deserves a 5 star review. Only thing that can make this app better is Split View compatibility!
