This is a fantastic idea with a lot of great potential. The developer put some serious thought and legwork into making an app that can help a generation of young adolescents and even adults who are struggling with mental and physical health. I would highly recommend this app to young professionals who are looking for daily motivation, along with a personal challenge to better themselves, and in turn better those around them.
