Awful

Slow, working poorly. When wanting to upload a document, it will work after trying for 99 times. Issues with menus and their display. Overall, a bad and not user friendly app. Just like the company.

Very slow app

The app is very slow, that makes it not great to use. I’m satisfied with the service per se, but the app could get an update.

Buguri serioase

La noile updates, cand vrei sa soliciti o programare noua, apesi pe asigurare apoi pe butonul 'sunt de acord cu termenii GDPR' si nu se intampla nimic. Prea multe bug-uri pentru un ux asa simplu.

One of the worst apps I ever used for healthcare services

Login it doesn’t work, it loads indefinitely. Even if you manage to login you do not remain authenticated, slow server responses. Overall bad experience

Security

I tried to login today with my Google account: did not work (I got redirected to the login screen). I clicked "Forgot my password" and ... suprise: after a few seconds I found myself logged in. Either the Google sign-in has a big lag OR it's a HUGE security flaw!

Mereu s-a încărcat greu pagina de login, insa acum dupa autentificare ramane in screen’ul “te rugam sa astepti ..”

Appointment can not be done due to missing check input

When I try to make a new appointment I'm supposed to click on my insurance and a medical data agreement appears that I should check. But there is no check input, only the close button so the insurance is not selected because I can not check that agreement

Foarte slaba!

Daca incepi sa faci o programare si nu o finalizezi, acea programare se duce in drafts. Totul frumos pana aici, insa sectiunea de drafts e una ce apare random, iar daca incerci sa faci o programare noua primesti eroarea "Ai prea multe drafturi, te rugam sa le stergi". Nu e normal asa ceva, sa se permita un singur draft, si ca sa il poti edita sa fie nevoie sa se alinieze planetele. Asta e cel mai enervant la aplicatie, pe langa un loading time extrem de slab.

Worst application ever 0.5

Aplication is very slow. I can’t see my insurance in aplication. After I call to service client they suggest me to delete my account and created again. Now I can’t add my account details because I get error. Is a shame to release such a bad application.

It is a rare moment when it works

I’ve updated it at recommeneded, but it works worse now…you need to wait around 30 s to open it, 20-30 s for every “save”, and in the majority of time it is just blocked/frozen…
