All training is online and suitable for any level of experience. Additionally, all programs have guided videos where I will accompany you from beginning to end.
With your subscription, you will have access to all programs. Each one has a different approach to help you achieve your goal, whether it's losing weight, gaining muscle, strength, or taking your fitness to a new level.
Note regarding Apple Health:
The app integrates with Apple Health to show your daily activity - distance, steps, active energy, and flights to help you better achieve your goals.
App also uses Apple Health to track energy burned and heart rate during a workout session, if an Apple Watch is used.
Workout metrics are shared with the coach to better design your workout schedule.

Lo mejor que he probado
Est app cambio mi relación conmigo y con el ejercicio, había probado varias pero esta es la más completa. Tiene todo lo que se necesita y múltiples opciones para que faltar nunca sea una opción.
No se permite anular suscripciones
He intentado anular la suscripción y no lo he logrado. He escrito y no hay solución. En la app hay una parte donde dice administrar suscripción pero no funciona nunca , se queda en blanco para nunca aparecer nada. La gente de soporte se demora un montón en resolver. Una vez bloquearon mi usuario y se demoraron más de dos semanas en resolver el tema y no me repusieron el tiempo de mi suscripción. Las rutinas son demasiado largas , y muy elaboradas hasta el punto que se nota que por buscar originalidad en los ejercicios re buscan una combinación de ejercicios en uno solo que solo lo hace más tedioso y forzado. El plan de comidas diría que es interesante y que si te orienta a comer fit pero la rutinas le doy un 2 de 10. Pero lo que destaca es la respuesta tardía en soporte a temas importantes como la anulación de la suscripción o problemas de usuario. Hay mejores aplicaciones para hacer ejercicio .

Me parece genial la App, hay variedad de rutinas y lo mejor es que se puede interactuar con otras chicas para motivarse aún más.
