I need silk Fred to contact me as I haven’t received an item

This app is very user friendly with clear photos and details of each item. 2 improvements - (1) tailoring recommendations to my body shape and preferences rather than random items for body shapes which won’t suit me; and (2) being able to see my credits following returns.

Its ok, but wish they would have an option to return items without a printer like all other websites. Not everyone has one of these so i ended up keeping a piece i ordered because i could not access a printer.

App made ordering and following my order so much easier than via a website or clicking on email links to track my order. Would be nice to have live chats working as needed a replacement in a short space of time and didn’t have an easy way to communicate. However great app and beautiful dress

SilkFred always provide a quick service, the app is easy to use and displays the clothing perfectly, bargain sales and huge variety, always top quality

Lovely dress I ordered really nice colour But unfortunately I had to return it as it didn’t fit over the busy area Which was a real shame it was beautiful

I’ve been a massive fan of Silk Fred almost from the start. Certainly for the last ten years or so. In fact half of my wardrobe is Silk Fred and one of their retailers Dancing Leopard. The style is unique, with a touch of class, and what’s best is the huge range of suppliers they use, so I feel like I’m browsing through an incredibly high end (dare I say it!) catalogue! The fabrics and colours, are vibrant and feel good on. They also wash really well. Most things I wash and hang up to dry thus editing ironing out of my life! If you’ve just stumbled across this website, congratulations 🥳 I can never get away with just buying one thing, I’ve just ordered some wet look fake leather jeans, two tops, and three dresses, so that’s me taken care of for Christmas and the New Year! The dresses I ordered were lovely but I had to send 3 back . But as they came from 3 different companies I am going to be charged £1.99 to return each parcel ( £6 in total) which will come off my refund when in fact I actually dropped the parcels off myself at an Evri agent. I don’t think this is right

I thought I’d give SilkFred a go after seeing the perfect dress.. I received my parcel in good time, sadly the dress has a defect (shiny sequins) which were slightly not aligned. I took a pic, sent an email and was quickly sent a reply back with instructions on how to send it back for a full refund. Problem was quickly solved. Waiting on my refund to show on my statement.. 😉

Generally functions as it should, however it is unclear what is sold directly by you and what is sold by outside vendors. When taking up the option for next day delivery this doesn’t apply to the whole order and some items arrived over a week later. I complained directly to customer service, not so much as an apology. Sort it out, not sure I will be back.
