The app completely froze due to the number of guests in the park so do not rely on what it says for times. The app is okay to navigate but kind of clunky and not efficient

SDC SDC SDC!!!

I used the Silver Dollar City mobile app to order food during my visit, but I was charged eight times for an order I never received. When I went to Guest Services, I was assured the money would be refunded after the park closed for the day. It’s now been over 48 hours, and I still haven’t seen the refund. This experience has been extremely frustrating. The app is convenient for ordering, but issues like this make it unreliable and stressful. If the park can’t ensure accurate charges and timely refunds, I cannot recommend using the app for payments. I hope the developers address this issue and improve the app’s payment system. Until then, use cash or a card at the park to avoid potential headaches.

This is the best app ever for when ur there I have been there 10 times already and it’s so helpful I have it down where all the rides are tho

Excellent service

I can tell SDC spent a lot of money on this app. It LOOKS pretty decent, like it might actual work! But.. it doesn’t. Can’t add card, can’t scan card, can’t order food, everything else works sometimes.

I’ve been to Branson 4 times and I’m a sissy. And won’t ride any big rides but still #1 theme park ever!

My family absolutely loves SDC! It is the best theme park we have been to by far. We have been going for years now and will continue going.

The map is incredible

Unless I missed something, you can’t now look at the calendar for the entire month. You have to click on everyday individually. I don’t like that. I liked it where you could look at an entire month at a time and see which days you were open and which days you weren’t. Days were color coded so you could easily see hours open on that day.
