I could use a little more activity
So far so good
I’m pleasantly surprised after only two sessions.

Good day one going to do day one for a few days to get my right leg to work like my left and walk normal maybe
Enjoy the app but I’m not that heavy
As a 75 yo who has eschewed exercise since HS sports this app is great for me. It’s enjoyable and low impact so it’s easy to start and and easy to stay with it. I have 1 bug to report, which doesn’t affect my 5 star rating. The app changes my weight from what I enter to something like 486 lbs between workouts. I’m overweight yes but not morbidly so. I’ll ignore the unintended body shaming until this gets fixed.

Very nice and easy exercises, exactly what I was expecting . I am really enjoying them.
Works for me!
So far I am really liking the workouts. Love the time, person showing me how to do it- she is strong, determined and not 22 years old in tight exercise clothes. Music is fitting and all is doable for this out of shape 78 year old!
Disappointed
I am trying to use this app for my chronic illness but the options are limited. When it asks about any illnesses, it’s extremely close minded in terms of options ( there needs to at least be an “other” box). I have ehlers danlos syndrome and this app would be more accessible if they included other disabilities.
