Sleep report says “haven’t seen baby today” when he’s slept with cam on and cam has sent me notifications of him moving and waking up or sleeping and even taking photos when he cries so idk why it says this. Thank god it was gifted to me and I didn’t buy it.

It says there is night vision but why it’s not working?

The app doesn’t work waste of time

Great product with a nice App! Have been using it for 3 years now. I wish a feature to erase SD card from the app can be added when it gets full.

Numerous emails and applications online through app and directly at website is waste of time. I’m unable to use the device which has cost me a lot!

Barely ever works. And half the time its trying to connect to the camera. I would give it zero stars if I could. If you’re thinking of buying this product. DONT!!! Trust me. Save yourself a lot of headaches.

wont log me back in to my account it keeps saying logging out

This app has stopped working and now I have a bricked camera. I don’t know if this company went under real quietly, but the app just stopped working. It’s all a waste now.

Keep trying to set up my baby camera as I give birth in one month and the app keeps saying “request failed” when I try to sign up for an account.

You cannot hear this app in the background and there is no option to turn on background support. As soon as you switch to a different app or turn off your phone screen, this app stops functioning outside of sending alerts. If you want to use this as a legit baby monitor, you have to sacrifice your phone and leave the app running in the foreground at all times. This is unacceptable and unlike the leading brand(s).
