Pada awalnya semua berfungsi dengan baik. Sudah berapa bulan ini skedul transfer tidak berfungsi, selalu balik ke tanggal hari kita bertransaksi. Sangat merugikan kalau kita tidak mengecek ulang utk transfer dlm jumlsh besar.

Sy menggunakan layanan mobile banking dari provider lain, tidak ada yg meminta akses ini untuk register. Hati2 dalam memberikan akses data pribadi termasuk daftar kontak di dalam HP.

Sekedar saran saja, kalau bisa simobi+ ini seperti simobi yang dulu saja tanpa memakai kode sms token, seperti perbankan bank lain jg. tidak memerlukan kode sms yang membuang2 biaya, sudah gagal transaksi tetap bayar, belum lagi jikalau ingin transaksi pada waktu ada di luar indo, tidak semua operator yang mendukung terima sms gratis di luar negeri. Buat apa penandain device jikalau masi memakai sms token, apa kurang aman? 1 device tidak bisa di gandakan imeinya. Demikian saran saya. Terima kasih.

Been a customer of Sinarmas Bank for a while, and I have been through the pains of the older versions of the app. I like the digitalization of banking, making things more convenient. However, digitalization means you need to have decent server capacity and infrastructure, and Sinarmas seems to be a bit behind. Lately, I frequently unable to use the app because of their “high traffic.” Well, that defeats the whole purpose of having the app. Even checking your balance is not available. The poor infrastructure really ruins the whole banking experience.

The app is very easy to use and it is so easy to transfer to other bank accounts unlike this other major bank chain that I use. And it's free too which is a bonus. The only drawback is that when overseas, user is not able to do any money transfer since the code is sent to the user's local number sms unless one is willing to pay for roaming. However, lately I cannot login due to high traffic error and sometimes it kept failing to login with no reason This has been going on at least for 5 days. Can it be due to the new OS 13 which I have updated my simobiplus app to the latest version?

I like the new update. Fresher look, faster and easier to use. Free transfer fee is my favorite!😜 And hopefully more special offers to come. Thanks SimobiPlus! Keep it up 👍🏼👍🏼

Recommended and easy to use

Tadinya lancar banget. Tapi sejak update 2 hari lalu, mau login aja setengah mati, padahal sinyal kencang. Udah coba pakai wifi yg bagus pun sama aja

Bank gak jelas salah 3x password padahal paswordnya betul. Auto uninstall

untuk versi yang terbaru ini tidak bisa tranfer ke shopeey pay .semoga untuk versi yang berikutnya tersedia. Trimakasih
