The crap doesn’t work for long time. Auto logout and refuses to login again. Contact with Jazz doesn’t work at all except Twitter account replied but after several reminders only advises to be “patient”.

Excellent App
Very easy and fast app
By far the best telecomm app in Pakistan
App is pretty good. Good user interface, easy to access and manueveur. The only issue I see is in the payment section where it doesn’t update the balance/recharge amount/unpaid bill amount quickly enough. It takes time for the payment to process sometimes so the app does not update - which does not make sense as it is an online payment being made through Jazz itself. Still much better than all other telecomm apps in Pakistan.
User friendly app
JazzCash app is very convenient and user friendly app. It has limited options and needed updates yet its great app for convenient use 👍👍👍

Bad User Experience
I am extremely disappointed with the Simossa app by Jazz. I loaded 2100 rupees and subscribed to a monthly data and calls package through the app, but later discovered the package had been updated this month and was never activated. As a result, my entire balance was consumed within a day without receiving the package benefits. When I contacted the helpline, I was told no package was subscribed, and no refund could be issued. This is a serious lack of app accuracy and customer support is unacceptable. Jazz must ensure transparency in its app and provide refunds in genuine cases like this.
Can't claim free MBs
Previous app version could claim free MBs. Now it just doesn't work.
Pathetic app
Pathetic service with the app. They dont even care to mention that there packages have time limits and if someone has subscribed to them unknowingly they wont help you at all. The complaint area in the app is rubbish. Totally foolish app and service.
