Insane how much thought went into this app. This is a very flexible program with a lot of customization. Right now I’m very impressed and will happily pay for a subscription. I’ve used just about every workout app with Strong Lifts being the simplest and most intuitive. All that to say this app is on par or better depending on your needs. Only recommendation I’d have for the developer is keep working the UI - the less taps the better. Also, can’t quite figure out how to factor in kettlebells into the program - despite choosing them from the equipment set. Regardless, amazing app.
It’s like having a personal trainer without the insane price with lots of clear and detailed information and instruction. I love the progression workouts that you pick as well as how the app tells you what it’s preparing you for in coming workouts as you get stronger. I appreciate that it gives detailed descriptions of where you should be feeling the engagement. The mobility workouts feel great.
I like the workouts. I think I’ve improved my mobility using this app. But the app itself could use some work. It has a few bugs and I sometimes get stuck being unable to save my workouts or update my workout plan, which is frustrating. Hope they can get it ironed out because I like using the app

I have been looking for an app that has programming for mobility, calisthenics, as well as weight training for about a year. This is the only app I have come across in that time that fits this description, including programming for warm ups, bodyweight / weight training, as well as mobility work. Along with a staggering amount of embedded videos to check form. There are also “skill trees” for each progression based movement. Which lets you see how far you’ve come (and how far you have yet to go). It makes the process a bit of a game, which I enjoy. Has some bugs, but nothing that hurts the core functionality in my use so far. The developer is very active, communicative, and friendly. TLDR: Best app out there for hybrid training, and mobility programming. Early development, but developer is very active.
Overall, I've been really happy with the app and plan on sticking with it for a while. Looking forward to seeing new developments. Being able to choose progressions for different exercises and quickly switch between them during a workout has been a great feature. The number of progressions for each exercise is also very helpful. I haven't done any where I felt like there was too big a gap from one progression to the next. I like the variety of exercises available, and that there are plenty of weightlifting options despite the calisthenics focus. I can use all my equipment while keeping everything in one app. I’m coming to this app from Fitbod and haven't really missed it since switching. Comparing the two, Fitbod doesn't have much focus to it. It’s good for starting out, but Simple Calisthenics provides more useful long-term options.
This app is worth the money 10x over. It makes programming and executing my calisthenics progress completely effortless, and I’ve made incredible gains with this app’s approach. I’m always recommending this app to my friends who are interested in calisthenics!
o your app is dope! I looked at other apps but what impressed me was you have a DELOAD phase! I’ve tried mad Barz and calistenapp, even heria and some others but I’ve never seen a deload phase. Since the trial I’ve unlocked a few moves already! Modified L SIT and a 2-5 second HANDSTAND! Got me super motivated. Some workouts I feel like I can pass but I understand the app is trying to figure me out as I am new. I do like the mix between skill and strength training. Very dope. I just bought the 3 month membership. Your app combined with other stuff I do should prove big gains and results. I enjoy your app for now.
