Simple Daily Diary

Would be better if I could go back and add in a day I had missed. Recently had an issue when 7 days disappeared from diary. Unfortunately no response to my email from developer. Poor after sales service.

Paid for more memory did not receive it or money back

I have both the space and the paid subscription. Since last week I cannot save anything. I contacted the app developer and no response. The app has been working great for years but this latest development is utterly frustrating.

I paid £2.99 for the unlimited storage, but the app didn’t considered and charged me again, as if I had not paid. I wrote to support and got no response. Very disappointed.

Enjoyed this greatly. But after 5 entries I have to pay £2.99 to continue. Also could really do with a passcode feature. I am using it though, I like simplicity.

I love this app. The ‘search’ is most useful to me.

I love writing my own personal journal because I find it quite interesting.

Ok purchased..just blank white area..no keyboard 😳aHELP..OR refund please..have found others now..gotta be something simple? Tony Yeomans…👍

Like the title says. You can only make 5 diary entries before you have reached the limit. You can then pay about £2.80 for unlimited storage. I’m really bummed out, I was planning on journaling more…I’d thought it was great in all other aspects but this. I wish you would have warned me first. Two stars.

Have been closing and reopening the app on both my phone & iPad in an effort to get it to sync - but nothing. Perhaps it’s overnight…!
