App does not work, support not available

Title says it all, this app does not even open. Blank screen.

After iOS updates the app goes blank when starting Working great before

So some users complain that some functionality Is missing like pmi, etc. Well the app is named Simple for a reason - it is. Quick, accurate, and easy to read, I can calculate payments for my clients at shows quickly. Just what I wanted. Only small issue is I don't sell houses. Consider changing from "House Price" to "Purchase Price".

Buy this App...simple, no nonsense and .99 gets rid of the ads. I love it

Free version does not factor taxes, pmi, or insurance. There is an option to upgrade to pro.....but why pay for something you can get on any website for free. Don't waste your time. Dev, if you include ads in the free version....don't limit its functionality too.
