After downloading this app to demo to my father-in-law, who could not use it due to his cell phone coverage lack of service I was charged a pro subscription fee. I was one day late canceling due to a accident, which required me going to the ER. Have submitted request to Apple into the developer two times by email and no response. I would be happy with just a downgraded account, but nobody will reach out to me and nobody is reachable.
