This is the easiest program I have tried yet. It truly works. It is very informative and answers any question you may have. Absolutely the best!
This app is insecure - constantly asking for ratings and reviews while you use it. Totally annoying!
I’ve tried many different weight loss programs but this has got to be the easiest. I love just seeing that I’m eating a good meal or just a fair meal. Much more encouraging than seeing how many calories I’m consuming. This way makes me want to eat better and try to get good or even optimal rating. I love the chair yoga too!
I can not say enough about this app. I have tried fasting on my own, but this by far has been the best thing I’ve tried. I started this app 9/7, and to date I’m down 9lbs. Doesn’t seem like a lot, but for me IT’S AMAZING to see the numbers going down on the scale……………THANKS SIMPLE!
Haven’t lost much weight but I am learning a healthier way to eat and a better understanding of how to combine a variety of foods to satisfy hunger. Having the foods rated helps un choosing healthier options.
I love this app!! I have battled with my weight all my life. I have tried everything and have always given up by 6 months in, I would get so frustrated. But Simple makes me feel like I am finally in control. The daily check ins give me a first thing in the morning bump, a reminder and I feel so encouraged. But the best thing - no more counting calories! I enter my meal and I am given ways to improve what I am eating. I feel so much better physically and mentally!!
I thought I would try this app to see how it would work for someone like me who is 68 and has arthritis in her knees and hips. I am also a caregiver for my mother who is 100 and has the same issues so exercise is difficult. We both lack the desire to cook so I’m afraid healthy eating is not on our radar either. Eating out is our favorite thing. I like the way it helps remind you of drinking more fluids and eating healthier. Logging food and fasting is not a problem for me. Logging food you eat is a great way to keep track of your progress. I feel portion control and calories are not monitored. Bottom line is you still need to exercise regularly to burn calories to lose weight. It is not a good fit for me.
Simple is giving me the daily support I need to stay on track. I’m learning about nutrition daily as it pertains to me. The morning checkin is important but it clears yesterdays slate and defines my goals for today.
Been using the app for 4 1/2 weeks and it’s working so far down 17 pounds .
