Hola no me permite pasar del paso de nombrar la casa

Tengo 3 ventiladores symphony; uno de ellos no he podido actualizar su firmware desde que lo compré. De hecho, ni me aparece en el listado de *firmware del dispositivo* como para poder actualizarlo. Ademas, el iconito de ventilador en la app de Casa, tampoco lo puedo cambiar. Espero me contacten para poderles brindar la información de mis dispositivos para que corrijan estas funcionalidades. También, al intentar eliminar la casa llamada “Other”; esta no se elimina.

Error and Info messages keep popping up in areas I need to enter data like “Home name” I can enter a name but get an error message when i do enter. I rate ZERO stars for this app.

Doesn’t work

My favorite feature of the new app is how it locks up as soon as you open it. Good job guys!

The “continue with fewer features” is unclickable … furthermore the “create account” or I already have an account options are also unclickable, thus rendering this app 100% useless and defective!

If you try to add more than one Hunter fan to Apple Home, you will repeatedly get the error that the new fan has already been added. This is a major flaw in this app.

Setting up my costly smart ceiling fan with Alexa was unnecessarily complicated. The default behavior of the Hunter app is to setup via Apple home kit- which I’ve never used or wanted. Home kit requires odd permissions such as precise location to be enabled. Hunter- please join the rest the smart home world and skip the forced Apple integration. I did find later that there’s a “legacy” method to add a device, which may have followed standard smart home procedures, but there’s no reason for that to be buried in a second menu.

Installed fan and it synced no problems. Very easy to use.
