Every update you guys put out, keeps making it worse. Last update, causes the refresh to lag, or stop working all together. I signed out, and it took forever to log back in. Tried to assign multiple card readers to no avail! Please fix this app, as it is eventual to me getting my job done

Our employees are happy with the continuous improvements as well as the customer service we receive from VendMax support. It is stable and reliable. We use it for our service department, vending, deliveries, and markets. We use iPad minis for the most part. We also have some android users. I recommend this app and Streamware.

Constantly freezes and have to close it and reopen it.

App constantly crashes when attempting to DEX machines. Makes the process very frustrating.

This app constantly crashes, service calls won’t come through. Have to log out and log back on constantly to fetch calls just like the old app 😡 Fix this problem please
