Before apps get hosted on App Store they need to be checked for full functionality. Here this app shows the wrong amount for individual item in basket but totals appear to be in order . When I click on place an order it keeps on insisting - recharge wallet ! Conclusion - this app wins the prize for shoddy design . I have screen videos to prove my experience . For Apple to host such tripe - is spectacular - Steve Jobs must be whirling in his grave !

One of the worst app and service these guys are providing. In a week for sure one or two times the milk won’t be delivered and you have to follow up with their unprofessional customer service to get the refund. They give dumb answers like pilot issues, not sure, misplaced etc.

This is one of the worst app and worst service I have seen.. I have subscribe for the daily service but when it comes to the delivery no one bother to deliver the items… when I complained to the support team they keep saying like tomorrow it will be deliver which has not happened for 3 days.. The service network is very bad.. so I strongly not recommend this Simpli Subscribe App and the service…

First of all they don't deliver milk or curd twice in a week. And they informed you that they are unable to deliver. On top of it you have to call customer care and beg for refund because they are unable to deliver.

I started using the app yesterday and it took me less than 24 hrs to realise the fraud. The app is broken. They have a chat option which does not work so you will be forced to talk to them on phone. They have hired people with extremely bad attitude. The reason for every problem is ‘technical issue’. They will not deliver products to you if you do not subscribe to their own brand and they push the customers to subscribe to their own brand. The refund process is painful and even wallet refund takes a day which is unheard of. DO NOT USE THIS.

I would have given zero stars if there was an option, I had to call customer care every time to get the milk delivery, The delivery guy doesn’t delivery the milk at the right apartment, instead throws it at the ground floor. Saying he doesn’t have time for delivery.

I'm really unhappy with Simpli Namdharis' service. I signed up for daily milk and curd delivery, but I'm having problems. They keep taking my money, but I often don't get the stuff I ordered. They say it will be delayed, but it never arrives and refund the money. I've complained to the store and their special team, but nothing has changed. They should stop offering this service if they can't do it right. It's a big waste of time and trust. I can't trust them anymore, and I wouldn't tell my friends to use their service. Be careful with their unreliable service!

As of now and as of today the service and quality rendered is superb ….superb …and simply superb ….

Too many technical issues , placed orders or getting delivered worst service. The only thing working correctly is amount deduction from the customer wallet nothing works correctly. Don’t use this.
