Ordered the trial box with four recipes. Tried one it was okay. Two weeks later £11 came out my bank and a box arrived with recipes that I didn’t order and cannot even use due to intolerances. Apparently i had signed a subscription, i hadn’t and i am very careful about these things. Unfortunately it can take 3 days to get a response from an email! Quick to scam and customer service is terrible.

Don’t try them!!!!!!!There is no way to contact them except by emailing them. Very very user unfriendly. What is more worse is that there is no way to track the delivery and no notification about the actual process of delivery at all! This company is just hooking new customs! Totally rubbish!!!!!

I love the recipes, it gives my family more ideas of what to cook instead of making the same thing over and over again. The app is easy to use in my opinion. However, while it isn’t related to the app but the actual product itself, I feel like I can’t give it 5 stars due to the fact the boxes and little tubs are so hard to open. The box with the tubs in always rips when it’s opened and the tab on the tubs breaks easily, it barely opens it at all, which means I usually have to get a knife. To open it

The ‘supper club’ promotion sounded great (£7.99 for 6 months), but I didn’t sign up as I couldn’t find the price from the 7th month or details about the ‘exclusive perks’ offered.

Trying to cancel my subscription, can’t log into my account. Does not recognise me, impossible I have no other account. Go to reset my password, doesn’t send me a link. I will go to my bank to cancel any payments

I am only on my first box but I already love how easy it is to make a meal . I live alone and it’s been hard making food for myself but this a fun way to make you cook a healthy meal .

Very easy to use website and the food is fab. I always double the ingredients and put the extra in Chinese tubs and freeze for another day. Makes these pots very good value for money 😊

Nowhere to select next delivery of selections already made. Nowhere to track delivery (in spite of claim that it does). Completely crappy user interface. Hopeless

Took £11 of my card when I haven’t even ordered anything and cancelled my subscription the same day the money was taken out! And got no refund

If I am going to bother rating each recipe out of 5 or writing my own notes in it, I want to see this information (i.e. my previous rating or that I made notes) at the time of choosing and also ideally when in my store cupboard and list of recipes. If there is no room alongside the heart/favourite button consider replacing it with the star rating if any. It’s one thing helping others with star ratings, but when you accidentally order something you have forgotten you had already cooked and given a 2/5 it isn’t exactly a good customer experience. So I would like access to the data I have added to my recipes please, at the point it makes sense!
