Can’t return and download
To the developers, I have issues with returning and downloading. As a result, I can’t borrow any books. Can you help? Thanks!!

When I restart my audiobook it sometimes will go back to the beginning of the chapter instead of where I left off.
Can’t return books or download new ones :(
Lotta bugs in this here app.
Crashes a lot and fails to load. Restarts my book and the table of contents don’t work so if I forget to bookmark it I have to click through one page at a time to find my place again.
It was fantastic.
This is the most buggy app I’ve ever had. I have to download the book every time I want to listen, it will sometimes move to where I left off but most the time it doesn’t. If I hit play from my Home Screen or on my AirPods it doesn’t play what I was just listening to but it plays a second version of the book from the beginning. This is the best app when it’s working, please update it
If listening to audio books anytime you get a notification it stops the audio from the book and doesn’t resume after the notification. You must manually press play again each and every time.
I’ll be halfway through a book and when I open the app to listen it makes me redownload the book every time. I deleted the app and redownloaded and still does this. I hope that new York public library will choose a different app to host their collection.
I can neither download nor return the books that remain in my queue. Some were never "picked up", some were downloaded via the Cloud Library or Libby but remained "unopened" in the Simply E app, and others went past the due date. As a result my borrowing limit is always full. I do not recommend this app until they correct their checkout-return function. Which I attempted to inform them of months ago, btw.
