Unable to submit claim due to “required incident time” validation

The App doesn’t allow submission of Claims. The app shows “Required Incident Time” in the form validation, even though the incident time has been added. This kind of bug should have been caught and resolved before reaching production and customers. This shows poor software development.

App slow and hard to do refunds

App selection date loads very slowly Refunds are challenging to do as doesn’t tell you which has been recorded as error or refunded. Doesn’t work with multiple devices
