Disastrous app. I’ve just given up. The school keep sending me codes but the app doesn’t seen to accept them. I’ll not be using it again.

What’s the point in this app? It’s not updated for 2 weeks so I have no idea how my son is doing in school. Terrible app!

I really don’t understand why after so many bad reviews the developers are unable to fix the issues with the app and most importantly why schools are still using this app! Every 2 weeks or so having to login! Unable to even really get an insight from the school or communicate with the school staff if needed! Sorry but this app should be scrapped!

Terrible app. Keeps logging me out and was a real pain to get going in the first place!

This app has stopped functioning on my iphone. The login page does not load and remains blank, making it impossible for me to access anything. I somehow managed to get it to work on the ipad. Horrible, horrible app. I will send a message to our secondary school asking them to seriously reconsider their business with Sims. I am sure other apps are not only better but more importantly..actually work! 🤬

The app is stalking just taking note of your every move making it really anoyying

i think the whole idea is disgusting. tracking your children 24/7 is invasive and just stressful. thank god the app is rubbish. why do parents feel like they need to monitor kids all the time? imagine if you parents grew up with this. i hate the idea that your parents could be sipping a cup of tea and deciding to watch you on the app. what the hell is wrong with you people? grapes for brains.

This app always ask the user change the password. When you did it, you will no longer able to log in to your account. on there and password will be invalid. You cannot recover it yourself. You have to ask school to recover the account. this app gave me such hard time. I feel very annoyed that we have to be forced to use this app.

If I could score less than one star I would. Consistently disables my account, won’t enable password resets, doesn’t even allow resetting using memorable questions.

Isn’t it about time this app got fully updated. It’s been over a year since this app was updated what i could see on this app information. No wonder us parents are having problems logging in to our children’s school app information & missing out on messages that we can’t read as they don’t seem to load up as we get notifications & randomly logs us out. It’s getting ridiculous now that the app is stalling to load up on different sections of the app when we want to view my child/children’s timetable & messages from school & attendance etc. Since using this app in September 2023 after getting setting up details from school it’s been hard work setting up & using. And it keeps forever randomly logging out & not fully loading up messages after receiving notifications. Please get this app sorted, or it’s not worth schools having. I might encourage the school to use another platform like my other child’s school has of Arbor that they use now instead of what they have use of this similar platform of ParentMail. It’s getting to the stage what’s the point in using these apps if they are not fit for purpose. Schools might as well just stick to the general emailing to our email addresses or text message us or inform us on social media as that’s what users prefer theses days of communication. Hope this app improves soon. It’s getting so frustrating to use. At the moment i can not rate it no more than 1. It’s definitely not 5* anyway.
